The buyer requires a student experience survey platform to support survey administration, distribution, collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple academic terms. The vendor must provide a solution supporting survey creation, automated communications, response tracking, customizable reporting, and role-based access management. The platform must import data from the University's Student Information System, integrate via APIs, and comply with university data governance, privacy, accessibility, and security requirements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform the work offsite over a three-year contract period.
