Pure Storage Subscription Renewal

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a one-year Pure Storage subscription renewal. The vendor must supply upgraded controller hardware for the array and handle the installation and activation of this hardware. Additionally, the vendor must deliver support subscription renewals for the installed array, which includes 24-hour support coverage and next-day business support services. All work will occur offsite. The buyer limits eligibility exclusively to USA organizations located onshore. The contract spans a one-year period.
