Mass Communication System

The buyer seeks a mass communication system to improve timely communications with students, staff, parents, and community partners. The buyer requires a solution that enables message initiation via internet-enabled computers, cellular telephones, and landlines. Requested features include mass and targeted notifications through email, text, voice, mobile app push, and personalized web portals, as well as secure document delivery. The scope encompasses ADA/WCAG-compliant smart websites and CMS for the district and individual schools, scheduling tools, e-signatures, virtual phone numbers, two-way translation in over 100 languages, and district-wide communication analytics. To qualify, the bidder must be a USA-based onshore organization. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders may submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests budget proposals within the submissions. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 1, 2026.
