RFI for Fiber Management Solution

The buyer needs a citywide fiber management solution to manage outside plant fiber and conduit. The requested scope includes providing a management tool with a shared data repository alongside associated business processes to support asset inventory, configuration, capacity management, field operations, strategic planning, and ongoing network operations. Specifically, the system must inventory fiber-related assets with unique IDs, trace strand continuity, record splice details, model network topologies, track circuit assignments, capture spatial coordinates, generate location maps for 811 requests, display real-time strand utilization, run build models, generate splice sheets, and produce aging asset reports. Eligibility requires the vendor to be an onshore, USA-only organization, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
