The government authority in Saskatchewan requires a vendor to provide onshore aviation services. The scope of work includes conducting mandatory pre-flight passenger briefings on emergency and survival procedures, operating seat belts, emergency exits, emergency locator transmitters, and survival kits prior to each flight. Additionally, the pilot must drain all fuel sumps and filters after each refueling and before flights to remove water or contaminants. If a chartered aircraft becomes unavailable, the supplier must furnish a replacement aircraft of the same make and model within three hours, or substitute an alternate make and model at the original rates if approved by the charterer. Only Canadian vendors qualify for this opportunity, and all work must occur onsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
