RFI for Learning Management System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a Learning Management System and perform associated instructional and administrative services. The requested scope requires the vendor to maintain personal lesson plans, update presentations, use appropriate instructional methods, and store materials on government-accessible platforms. The contractor must grade coursework, respond to inquiries, provide remediation, give student progress feedback, submit completion rosters to Student Services, and deliver requested end-of-course reporting. Additionally, the vendor must review course surveys to adjust instruction with the government, deliver real-time student assistance via approved communication platforms, monitor student communications, post approved materials, and assist in managing virtual classrooms to minimize disruptions. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor must perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
