Graphic Design Services

The buyer requires on-call graphic design services on an as-needed basis to support various agency departments across print and digital platforms. The selected vendor must conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including social media graphics, brochures, physical signage, and corporate reports. Additionally, the vendor must develop, maintain, and adapt the visual identity, creative direction, and supporting collateral for three annual tentpole events, while providing ad hoc design support for teams such as events, programming, leasing, and workforce development. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 25, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and vendors can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
