The buyer requires a vendor to provide a Think Trends software implementation and support solution. The requested scope encompasses Think Trends software implementation, configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support, as well as application development, system integration, and integration with FDA systems and data sources. Additional responsibilities include data migration, cleansing, cataloging, and engineering; Document AI, OCR, ICR, and NLP capabilities; RPA and intelligent workflow automation; AI/ML lifecycle management; analytics, visualization, dashboards, and decision-support capabilities. The vendor must also digitize and convert regulatory documents and adverse event reports, manage security, compliance, validation, auditability, and operational support, and provide Agile project and program management. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only, and the contractor will perform all work offsite. Regarding the budget, the buyer is actively looking for proposals.
