The buyer requires public safety software covering computer aided dispatch (CAD), law mobile, field reporting, law enforcement records management (LERMS), and jail management systems (JMS). CAD operates 24/7/365 to handle emergency 911 and non-emergency calls, dispatching approximately 134,000 calls annually. Law mobile must perform NCIC inquiries, execute single-entry workflows for persons and vehicles, and hyperlink to referenced calls. The vendor must convert and migrate existing records with data integrity validation, address operational challenges with efficient workflows, and enable enhanced regional data sharing. Systems must be user-friendly and meet or exceed Louisiana state and industry cybersecurity requirements. Eligibility restricts bidding to onshore, USA organizations only.
