Hydrologic Model Development Service

The buyer, a government authority located in Ontario, requires a vendor to provide a hydrologic model development service to update the hydrologic analysis of a river watershed. The vendor must update hydrology accounting for the past three decades, changes in land use and land cover, urban expansion, advances in hydrologic modelling tools, and improved GIS input datasets.
