The buyer seeks a vendor to provide SAP software subscriptions, maintenance, and SAP NS2 cloud hosting services. The requested scope includes NS2 hosting (Platform as a Service), SAP software licenses and maintenance, network connectivity, security solutions, and new software releases. Vendors must deliver tools for upgrades, support packages for legal and regulatory compliance, software change management tools, and the SAP Note Assistant. Additional required services encompass 24x7 global root cause analysis, Secure Support elements, SAP EarlyWatch Alert monitoring, active participation in the SAP customer and partner community, computing instance management for IFS cloud managed services, and ongoing security and monitoring support. The buyer sets aside this opportunity totally for small businesses (FAR 19.5) and limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform the work offsite.
