The buyer requires radio frequency identification solutions that interface with the current jail management software to track, identify, and document inmates. The requested scope includes providing tracking capabilities, efficient data management, and security features to enhance inmate identification, movement documentation, supply issuing, service provision, headcounts, meals, and statistical reporting.
