The buyer requires a commercial off-the-shelf enterprise-level reporting and analytics platform to support mission-critical reporting, improve data access, and enhance decision-making across executive, academic, and operational functions. The selected vendor must provide all labor, software licensing or subscriptions, system implementation, configuration, system integrations, role-based security, training, and ongoing support services. The solution must feature drag-and-drop dashboards, automated scheduling, self-service reporting without SQL knowledge, and ad hoc query tools. Only US onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than October 9, 2026. The buyer accepts digital responses submitted via email or online, and seeks proposals to determine the budget. The resulting contract term will be for three years.
