The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a fully implemented, production-ready, cloud-hosted, Software-as-a-Service IT disaster recovery planning software solution. The vendor must deliver multi-tenant software that supports plan development, testing, custom reporting, document versioning, and centralized searchable storage for DTO reference. Scope includes implementation, 24/7/365 critical incident support, maintenance, admin and end-user training, and data migration services for State-provided data. The vendor must complete performance offsite, and the contract spans three years. Eligible bidders must be an onshore US organization. The buyer requires the solution to be live on or before May 1, 2027. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid conference on October 8, 2026, and submit all questions by October 8, 2026.
