State Tracking and Reporting system Enhancements and Support Services

The buyer requires state tracking and reporting system enhancements and support services to modernize and consolidate the current Risk-Based Data Management System suite by expanding the Michigan State Tracking and Reporting system. The project scope includes unified platform modernization, offsite enterprise support and maintenance, and public-facing access for read-only public users. The system must maintain concurrent read, write, and administrative access for public users, state employees, and approved third parties. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 5, 2026, and submit all questions by October 12, 2026.
