Station Alerting System Replacement

Horry County Department of Airports needs an IP-based station alerting system replacement and upgrade for the Myrtle Beach International Airport ARFF station. The vendor must provide rapid, intelligible alerting via multiple notification channels, integrate with airport IT systems, and deliver a detailed system design, network architecture diagram, device schedule, power/UPS plan, and cutover plan for County approval. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations properly licensed to do business in South Carolina and Horry County, but they do not need to be based in South Carolina. Proposers must submit proposals electronically via BidNet by 2:00 PM local time on October 27, 2026. An optional pre-proposal meeting takes place at the Myrtle Beach International Airport ARFF building on October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Bidders must submit questions individually through Horry County's ebidding software Q&A section by October 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The buyer evaluates proposals to award the project to the proposer deemed most advantageous based on published evaluation criteria, with the right to conduct interviews, demonstrations, reference checks, and proof-of-concept testing. The initial contract term is one year, with four optional one-year renewals.
