Microsoft License Renewal Services

Olathe Public Schools USD #233 requires a vendor to provide Microsoft license renewal services. The requested scope includes one Azure monetary commitment/prepayment, 74 SQL Server Standard Core licenses, 77 SQL Server Enterprise Core licenses, 320 Windows Server Standard Core licenses, and 192 Windows Server Datacentre Core licenses. Work performance will occur offsite. Bidders must be an onshore, US-based organization to be eligible. Vendors must submit sealed electronic bids through the IonWave eProcurement website by the specified due date and time, as facsimile and email responses will not be accepted. Bidders must submit all questions by October 2, 2026. The resulting contract term will last for three years.
