The buyer requires digital sign services, specifically a Samsung brand signage solution that fits within an existing monument infrastructure and existing power with minimal overlap or border. The buyer needs a display sealed for Michigan weather with screen dimensions of 4.5’ X 7’ 7.5” X 8” per side, a pitch between 10mm minimum and 8mm ideal, and LEDs featuring SMD 3-in-1 RGB, common cathode, matte black face, anti-corrosion treatment, coated PCBs, a 1/8 scan minimum, and 70%-80% drive current at max brightness. The buyer also requires county-specific display sign software to moderate the digital display. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work takes place offsite.
