The Cayman Islands Government requires Business Systems Project Management Services and business systems covering operations and maintenance management, space and workplace management, inventory management, and mobile field capabilities. The requested scope includes tracking work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance, visualising floor plans, tracking real-time inventory, and providing offsite mobile field access for staff. Only UK-onshore vendors are eligible to bid. Bidders must provide a completed Submission Form, proof of a Cayman Islands Trade & Business Licence or foreign equivalent, confirmation of required insurance, and a Privacy Statement complying with local data protection rules. The contract term is one year, and the performance of work will be offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than 13 October 2026. Bids are evaluated across three groups covering mandatory pass/fail requirements, rated criteria using a 0 to 10 point system for team experience, certifications, references, methodology, and local industry impact, and a comparative pricing formula. Pricing must be submitted in Caymanian Dollars (KYD), while the overall budget is open for proposals.
