Estyn requires a suitably experienced supplier to deliver discovery, user experience design, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and initial support for a bilingual iOS and Android mobile app. The scope includes creating a personalized professional improvement experience, an AI-assisted search feature, a secure inspector companion area connected to the Inspector Profile application, and ongoing maintenance for at least 36 months.
