Directional Signage Service

Patrick & Henry Community College requires a qualified firm to design, furnish, deliver, and install directional, traffic, and logo signage at various locations. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, incidentals, conceptual design options, utility location services, and a standard manufacturer warranty on materials and labor. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations and set aside for DSBSD-certified micro or small businesses, and bidders and subcontractors must maintain required licensing throughout the contract. Vendors must perform a mandatory site visit at 645 Patriot Ave, Martinsville, VA 24112 prior to bidding. Inquiries must be directed to Shannon Jimenez by September 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. Electronic bids, including a firm unit price and detailed quote, must be submitted through eVA by October 06, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
