Financial Accounting Software

The Wenatchee Valley Fire Department requires a financial accounting software system to replace its current Eden system. The buyer needs the software, configuration, data conversion, training, go-live support, software updates, maintenance, and technical support. The requested scope covers general ledger, fund accounting, accounts payable, cash receipts, reporting, and payroll operations compliant with Washington State requirements. Eligibility is restricted to United States organizations performing work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals electronically to Terri Woods at [email protected] by October 29, 2026, at 4:00 pm PDT. Bidders must submit written questions to the same email address by October 22, 2026. Bidders must complete Attachment A and provide system details, implementation approaches, pricing, and at least three references for comparable implementations. The evaluation criteria weight relevant experience and performance at 30%, price at 25%, and functionality and ease of use at 45%. The buyer may also request software demonstrations, conduct interviews, or perform reference checks. The solicitation does not state a contract term or an estimated budget.
