Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College seeks a vendor to manage and operate bookstore services, including an on-site store in Charleston, WV, or a virtual store. The scope encompasses supplying printed textbooks, e-books, software codes, and student kits; executing web-based and electronic textbook adoptions; conducting online and physical book buybacks; and selling office supplies, logo merchandise, and clothing. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit questions in writing by October 01, 2026. Proposals are due by November 02, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST, and vendors can submit them digitally via email or as an original and one physical copy. Evaluation uses a 100-point scale: up to 40 points for qualifications, experience, and background; 30 points for services; and 30 points for price. Bidders must score at least 49 points on technical criteria to have their pricing opened.
