Energy Programs Evaluation Services

The government authority located in Wisconsin requires a vendor to provide offsite energy programs evaluation services for its Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole House Rebates Program and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Programs. The contractor must measure program impacts, energy savings, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and non-energy benefits while performing market research and process assessments to recommend iterative program improvements. Additionally, the vendor must perform measure-level savings analysis, analyze savings potential, and collaborate directly with the program administrator, subcontracted implementers, compliance agent, fiscal agent, systems administrator, and other contracted delivery entities.
