Outsourced Managed IT Services

Haralson County Board of Commissioners requires a vendor to provide outsourced managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and phone service provider coordination. Requested services include backup and disaster recovery, technology planning, wireless maintenance, hardware life cycle management, policy development, onsite technician visits at least one day per week, and inventory management. Bidders must deliver sealed, unbound proposals by mail or in person to the county address by 12:00 PM EST on October 27, 2026. Haralson County evaluates proposals based on industry expertise, previous relevant experience, and account management. The contract term spans three years, running from January 1, 2027, through January 1, 2030. Bidders must provide fixed-cost proposals, with exceptions allowed for large or unplanned projects.
