Webhosting, Database and Credit Card Services

The State of Alabama requires a vendor to provide webhosting, database management, and credit card processing services. The scope includes renewing proprietary services for the board's website, delivering monthly website hosting and database management, and implementing an integrated licensing and enforcement management system hosted on the Microsoft Gov Cloud. This system must accept applications, issue licenses, track financials, handle document management, and process online credit or debit card payments and license renewals offsite. Only onshore U.S. organizations registered in Alabama Buys are eligible to bid. Suppliers must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys prior to the close date and time after clicking "Participate in RFx." Questions must be submitted online through the Supplier Portal. The State reserves the right to evaluate proposals using cost realism and price reasonableness analysis.
