Parking Garage Operation and Management Services

The Gulfport Redevelopment Commission seeks qualified applicants to manage and/or lease a parking garage under construction at 25th Avenue and West Beach Boulevard in Gulfport, Mississippi. Vendors located onshore in the USA are eligible to bid, and the work requires onsite performance. Bidders must submit one unbound reproducible original, two bound copies, and one USB drive in a sealed envelope to the Office of Procurement, or upload the submission digitally to www.gulfportmsbids.com. Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. local time on November 3, 2026. Bidders must submit written inquiries to Jessica Versiga via email, and the buyer will not address questions within five business days of the proposal due date. A selection committee will evaluate proposals using grading criteria in the RFP package and may create a shortlist for interviews.
