Portable Changeable Message Sign Services

The County of Westchester seeks a vendor to provide portable changeable message sign services, specifically including Ver-mac full matrix message signs, Ver-mac pro series full matrix signs, Ver-mac tilt and rotate assemblies, and 15 AMP chargers for stealth batteries. Bidders must deliver the requested items net F.O.B. destination as soon as possible after receiving a notice of award, purchase order, or call for delivery. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit sealed physical bids containing the vendor name, bid number RFB-WC-26299, and due date on the outside of the envelope to the Bureau of Purchase and Supplies before 2:00 PM on October 13, 2026. The County strictly prohibits emailed or faxed bid submissions, and vendors cannot withdraw bids within 45 days after the opening date. The County evaluates bids based on pricing, meeting salient characteristic requirements, and proposed delivery schedules. The County reserves the right to investigate a bidder's experience, ability, and financial standing, and may reject bids offering lengthy delivery times or extend bid pricing for up to 12 months post-award.
