Geo Location and Radio Frequency Monitoring System

The City of Durham Emergency Communications, Communications Maintenance department seeks a complete geo-location and radio frequency monitoring system, including four rack-mount receivers, a central processing computer, and a turn-key RF monitoring and multi-band spectrum recording system in a rugged mobile case. Only US onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work takes place onsite. Bidders must submit all questions by October 6, 2026, using the contact information provided by the buyer. Bidders must deliver completed proposals by U.S. Postal Service or other means to the Purchasing Division by October 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The buyer evaluates proposals based on responsive bids from the lowest responsible bidder, with costs remaining firm for the initial contract period. The city reserves the right to cancel the contract upon 60 days' written notice.
