Disabilities Act Testing Tool

The buyer requires a disabilities act testing tool to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance testing for its developed applications, dashboards, and external-facing artifacts. The vendor must provide tools capable of automated WCAG/ADA scans, website workflow scanning, real screen-reader testing, cloud hosting, manual cross-browser testing, responsive design checks, geolocation testing, and real iOS/Android device testing. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and all work must be performed offsite. Vendors must submit any questions no later than October 7, 2026.
