Administration Building Construction Project Services

The Somerset Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority seeks a vendor for the construction of a new, approximately 7,380-square-foot Administration Building in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The required scope includes associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and site work, along with evaluating site foundation requirements, ground floor slab subdrainage needs, and geotechnical pavement parameters. USA organizations performing work onsite are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit electronic bids via BidNet Direct by 1:30 PM on December 1, 2026. The buyer must also receive paper originals of the Bid Guarantee and Certificate of Surety in a sealed envelope prior to the electronic bid opening. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will occur on October 20, 2026, at 1:30 PM, and bidders must submit all questions on BidNet Direct by 4:00 PM on October 26, 2026. The buyer will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The project duration is approximately 15 months or 455 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion, with Final Completion occurring no later than 32 calendar days after Substantial Completion. Bidders must supply a Bid Guarantee of 10 percent of the Base Bid up to $20,000, and the awarded vendor must furnish a 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond.
