New Zealand - Activity Based Costing Software

New Zealand Customs requires a supported, secure, and scalable Software-as-a-Service activity-based costing platform. The selected vendor must handle cost allocation, modeling, analysis, data retention, historical data migration, implementation, training, support, and ongoing maintenance to enable Customs staff to operate the solution independently. Only onshore New Zealand organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. Bidders must provide financial information in a separate sealed envelope or email attachment using the provided template, demonstrating whole-of-life pricing including implementation, licensing, and ongoing costs. Evaluators will score proposals based on whole-of-life cost, public value, transparent pricing, commercial flexibility, low delivery risk, and sustainable value for money over the contract lifecycle.
