Professional Auditor Services

The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency seeks qualified individuals and firms to provide professional auditor services. The required scope includes reviewing the annual budget, financial, and debt statements prior to filing or adoption consistent with statutory deadlines, performing grant program audits as needed, and delivering regular progress reports. Performance of the work will be offsite. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Respondents must submit their proposals digitally via email or online to Yvette Sanchez by November 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The agency will prequalify respondents for a contract term running from November 2026 to November 2027, with specific contract amounts to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
