Smartsheet Enterprise Level Licenses and Services

The Department of Public Service Delivery of the Government of Manitoba requires a vendor to provide Smartsheet enterprise level licenses and services. The requested scope includes offsite performance, custom welcome messages, help pages, or upgrade screens, and system admin settings to edit file attachment options. Only Canada organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the E-procurement System on www.MERX.com by October 27, 2026, at 04:00 PM CDT. Vendors must submit inquiries to Ogadimma Onyike via email at [email protected] by the inquiry deadline of 5 business days prior to the submission deadline. The buyer evaluates submissions in three stages: Stage I for mandatory submission requirements, Stage II for mandatory technical requirements, and Stage III for pricing. Mandatory technical requirements require bidders to submit proof that they are an authorized reseller or support partner. The buyer will rank qualified vendors based on the lowest evaluated price, applying the Buy Manitoban Buy Canadian evaluation incentive where applicable.
