Operations Management Services

The City of Redondo Beach seeks a vendor to provide full operations management services for the Redondo Beach Marina, including slip and dock administration, mooring reservations, boat hoist operations, public launch supervision, tenant services, unlawful detainer and vessel lien management, and overall facility maintenance. The selected firm must establish an on-site office, assign a designated Marina Manager, oversight maintenance activities, and develop a comprehensive Operations Plan. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors within the USA. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the City’s Procurement Portal on OpenGov by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST. An optional pre-proposal conference takes place on October 9, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 16, 2026. The contract period will be for one year, and the solicitation seeks proposals for budget consideration.
