Wayfinding System

The issuing authority requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive wayfinding system. The scope includes conducting discovery and assessment of existing signage, creating concept designs with destination hierarchies and placement frameworks, developing detailed sign drawings and location plans, and producing implementation and maintenance documentation with a GIS-compatible asset inventory. Only onshore vendors located in Canada who are registered on the issuing authority's website to download the unwatermarked RFP are eligible to bid. Bidders must perform the work onsite and submit responses digitally via email or online. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 23, 2026. The contract term spans one year, and the buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
