Study Abroad Program Service

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill requires study abroad program service providers that specialize in custom faculty-led programs; standard and core direct enroll and study centers; internship, research, and service-learning and community engagement; or virtual programs. Offsite performance is permitted for onshore United States organizations only. To be eligible for contract award, vendors must be registered North Carolina vendors in good standing with an Electronic Vendor Portal number. Vendors must submit written inquiries via email to [email protected] by October 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference call will take place on October 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Electronic proposal responses must be submitted exclusively through the electronic Vendor Portal by November 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
