Advanced Metering Infrastructure System

The City of St. Charles seeks a qualified firm to supply, deliver, install, train, and operationalize a two-way, fixed Advanced Metering Infrastructure system for its electric utility. The required scope encompasses hardware, software, professional services, single- and polyphase electric endpoints, network infrastructure devices, and an MDM system. The solution must feature a cloud-based or on-premises central host server, a single- or multi-layer network using cellular, RF mesh, or hybrid architecture, AES 128-bit or 256-bit encryption, ESRI-GIS mapping, a health dashboard, outage detection, and remote disconnect, reconnect, and demand reset functions. Bidders must be onshore US organizations capable of performing work offsite.
