Protective Security Officer Services, Los Angeles Area

The US Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service requires an contractor to provide armed Protective Security Officer services to protect federal personnel and property at federally owned and leased buildings throughout Los Angeles, California and surrounding areas. The contractor must supply all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits for an estimated 4,976,884 service hours over a 60-month period under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with fixed hourly rates. This acquisition is unrestricted, but eligibility requires an onshore USA organization registered or in the process of registering in the System for Award Management. The contract term consists of a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and an optional 6-month extension, with performance taking place offsite. The buyer will evaluate proposals using a best value/trade-off source selection process where combined technical, non-price factors are more important than price.
