Thermographic Video Camera for Prototype Thermal Test Monitoring Service

The government authority in Batavia, Illinois, requires a vendor to provide a thermographic video camera for a prototype thermal test monitoring service. The camera must feature a minimum resolution of 640 by 512 pixels, a noise-equivalent temperature difference of 20 millikelvin or less, a full-frame capture rate of at least 60 frames per second, and sensitivity in the 3 to 5 micron medium-wave infrared band. Additionally, lens focusing must support working distances ranging between 0.2 meters and 1 meter. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations operating onshore.
