The Legislative Affairs Agency requires comprehensive property management services for the Gold and Sixth Street Apartments in Juneau, Alaska. The selected vendor must handle leasing, tenant assignments, building operations, maintenance, emergency requests, biennial market analyses, and financial administration. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the successful offeror must maintain required insurance policies, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and a fidelity bond.
