Asset Management Software

Kitsap Transit requires an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution to centralize the management of assets, maintenance activities, work processes, and related information. The scope of work includes system configuration, data migration, integration, testing, deployment, personnel training, and post-implementation support performed offsite. Eligible bidders are onshore US organizations. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email by October 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions are due no later than October 15, 2026. Submissions must include a Letter of Transmittal, Executive Summary, Firm Qualifications and Experience, Project Organization and Staffing Plan, at least three past implementations, a Project Management and Implementation Plan, a Cost Proposal, Exhibit A (Bidder’s Affidavit), Exhibit B, and Exhibit C. Kitsap Transit evaluates proposals based on criteria including best overall quality, value, price, contract performance, responsiveness, staff availability, firm experience, reputation, and compliance with statutory rules. An evaluation committee conducts the reviews, and a product demonstration and interview can award up to 500 additional points. Cost proposals must detail a firm, not-to-exceed price covering standard system costs, options, and five years of licenses, hosting, maintenance, and usage fees.
