Student Health Services

Eastern Washington University is seeking proposals to provide student health services in Cheney, WA. The requested scope includes comprehensive student health clinic services, on-site orthopaedic medical services for two hours once a week, prioritized MRI and diagnostic testing evaluations, and prioritized clinic visits for athletes at a medical group clinic. The contract period will be for three years, and performance of the work will be offsite. The opportunity is open to US-based organizations that meet the stated minimum qualifications and are available to work in Washington State. Questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026, and proposals are due by December 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Proposals will be evaluated out of 100 total points based on technical proposal elements worth 50 points, management proposal elements worth 25 points, and a cost proposal worth 25 points. Oral presentations may also be required.
