SAT Platform

The Commonwealth of Kentucky's Council on Postsecondary Education seeks a partner for the GEAR UP Kentucky program to provide a user-friendly SAT preparation and remediation platform for middle and high school students across eight partner school districts in Kentucky. The vendor must supply the software platform alongside trained professionals to deliver virtual orientation, in-person student SAT boot camps, and teacher professional development workshops. The required scope includes SAT-aligned practice tests, individualized online remediation tools, instructional resources, trackable data analytics, and exportable reports aligned to federally required metrics. Eligibility is limited to US organizations. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by October 15, 2026, and proposals close on October 30, 2026, at 13:00. Applicants can submit responses digitally via email or online, though a signed transmittal letter is required for non-electronic submissions. Proposals will undergo a technical evaluation, and offers failing to meet mandatory requirements will be deemed non-responsive. The resulting contract term will last for two years, and vendors must submit pricing proposals as requested.
