The Township of Winslow, New Jersey seeks sealed electronic proposals from qualified brokers to provide offsite health insurance brokerage services for its employees. The requested scope includes analyzing current plans, managing renewals and carrier negotiations, advising on ACA and HIPAA compliance, providing open enrollment and employee education support, delivering quarterly market and utilization reports, and completing a transition plan within 30 days of contract award.
