South Africa - Microsoft 365 Licences, Cloud Hosting and Managed ICT Services

The Transport Economic Regulator (TER) seeks a qualified service provider to supply Microsoft 365 licences, cloud hosting, and managed ICT services for approximately 40 users. The scope includes deploying a new Microsoft 365 tenant, configuring Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online, establishing a SharePoint document environment, provisioning up to two cloud virtual servers, providing web hosting, and managing ongoing end-user and endpoint support. Eligibility is limited to onshore South African organizations holding valid Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider or Microsoft Partner status. Bidders must demonstrate technical competence, including contactable project references and certified Microsoft personnel, and must submit a proposal, pricing schedule, mandatory requirements checklist, company experience, staff profiles, implementation timeline, and terms and conditions. Submissions are accepted digitally via email to [email protected] or online. Quotes must remain valid for 30 days. The contract terms require completed setup within 30 days, followed by 12 months of licensing, hosting, and managed services. Evaluation is based on mandatory compliance, with responsive bids evaluated on price and preference points. All pricing must be in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT.
