Zoho CRM Development and Optimization Solutions

The State of Wisconsin seeks a vendor to provide Zoho CRM development and optimization solutions to transform its environment into a stable, documented, scalable, secure, and supportable platform. Scope of work includes configuring and supporting Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Forms; building automated workflows in Zoho Flow; developing executive dashboards, reports, and analytics in Zoho Analytics; and managing user access, platform administration, and system troubleshooting offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Foreign corporations must comply with Chapter 180 of the Wisconsin Statutes and possess a certificate of authority from the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions if applicable. Responses must be submitted digitally via email or online, and any deviations from the specifications must be signed and detailed on the vendor's letterhead. The contract term is one year, with an estimated budget of up to $250,000 USD. If vendors submit proprietary or trade secret information, they must explicitly identify it using Designation of Confidential and Proprietary Information form DOA-3027.
