Information Technology Services

The City of Dublin seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified, USA-based onshore organizations to provide on-call information technology support services on a time-and-materials, task-order basis across six service categories. Requested scope includes network engineering, systems administration, virtualization engineering, IT security support, database administration, desktop support, and IT project management. The City anticipates awarding agreements to approximately three to six firms for an initial three-year term starting January 19, 2027, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. All questions must be submitted by October 9, 2026, and final Statements of Qualifications are due by October 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to Steve Windsor. Evaluation will be based on firm reputation and experience (25%), ability to accomplish the scope (30%), ability to rapidly provide services (25%), references (10%), and rates (10%).
