Enterprise Asset Management Software

JEA seeks a qualified vendor to provide a SaaS or on-premise Enterprise Asset Management Software Solution, with SaaS preferred, for modernizing asset management, improving operational efficiency, and supporting mobile workforce management. The software must support work management, preventive and corrective maintenance, scheduling, procurement, GIS integration, and linear asset management. Offsite performance is permitted for onshore USA-only vendors under a one-year contract term with eight-year fixed pricing requirements. Eligible vendors must meet minimum qualifications and provide required references, including JEA if worked with in the past two years. Interested applicants must submit their responses digitally via the Zycus Supplier Network portal by November 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST, including a Response Workbook, Information Security Questionnaire, and Subcontractor Form. A pre-response meeting takes place on October 13, 2026, and written questions are due at least five business days prior to the opening date.
