Senior and Co-Manager Underwriter Services

The County of San Diego requires qualified vendors to provide senior and co-manager underwriter services to support the planning, structuring, marketing, pricing, sale, purchase, and closing of county financings. The selected underwriter must deliver written pre-sale analyses, competitive pricing relative to comparable credits, transparent documentation, and a marketing plan addressing current market conditions and targeted investors. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations, and the work will be performed offsite.
